Instructions
1. Combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1 finely chopped small onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
4. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten into slider patties.
Cooking the Ground Beef Sliders in Air Fryer:
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
6. Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
7. Cook the patties for 5 minutes.
8. Flip the patties using a spatula.
9. Continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Adding Cheese and Toppings:
10. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty after cooking.
11. Close the air fryer and cook for 1 more minute to melt the cheese.
12. Remove the patties and let them rest for a minute.
13. Assemble the sliders: place each patty on a slider bun and add desired slider toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Notes
Ensure the patties are cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for safety.
