- Optional: 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek (for extra flavor)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional), and salt to taste.
3. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
4. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
7. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with vegetable oil.
8. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
9. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
