Ingredients
- 1 bag of Alexia frozen sweet potato fries
- Salt, pepper, paprika, etc. – seasoning to taste (Optional)
- A light drizzle of olive oil for extra crispiness (Optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. This is the optimal cooking temperature for getting those fries crispy.
2. Place the frozen sweet potato fries in the basket. Remember, don’t thaw them; use them straight from the freezer.
3. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Spread them in a single layer for the best airflow and even cooking.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes. The cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer model and how crispy you like your fries.
5. Flip or shake the sweet potato fries and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Give the basket a good shake or use tongs to flip the sweet potato fries. This ensures all sides get that perfect golden color and crispiness.
Notes
Regularly shaking the basket or flipping the fries halfway through the cooking time prevents them from sticking together and ensures every fry is evenly crispy. Do not overfill your air fryer basket.
