  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Wash and Cut Potatoes: Wash 4 large russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

2. Soak the Potatoes: Place the potato strips in a large bowl of cold water. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes. This helps remove excess starch and ensures crispy fries.

3. Dry the Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel. Make sure they are completely dry.

4. Season the Fries: In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt until evenly coated.

5. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

6. Air Fry the Potatoes: Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until the fries are golden and crispy.

7. Add Truffle Oil and Parmesan: Transfer the hot fries to a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of truffle oil and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese over the fries. Toss well to coat.

8. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes
