Instructions

  • In the first shallow bowl, place 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
  • In the second bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup of milk.
  • And, in the third bowl, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.

3. Bread the Pork Chops:

  • Dredge each pork chop in the flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Dip the floured pork chops into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
