  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. This ensures that the pork cooks evenly right from the start.

 

2. Place the stuffed pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Make sure it is secured well with toothpicks or twine to keep the stuffing inside.

3. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. This high heat helps to create a nice sear on the outside of the tenderloin.

4. Flip the tenderloin carefully using tongs. This ensures even cooking on both sides.

5. Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.

6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F. This is the optimal temperature for juicy, safe-to-eat pork.
