Instructions
1. Start by cleaning your portobello mushrooms as previously described. Remember to gently wipe, de-gill, and pat them dry to prevent soggy mushrooms.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. This ensures the mushrooms start cooking at the right temperature for even results.
3. Prepare your filling according to the chosen recipe, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
4. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, packing it lightly to avoid it spilling out during cooking.
