Ingredients
- 1 bag of Ore-Ida Diced Potatoes (32 oz)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for extra crispiness (optional)
- Salt and seasonings to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. This is a crucial step to ensure your air fryer frozen diced potatoes cook evenly and become perfectly crispy.
2. Take your frozen diced potatoes and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. There’s no need to thaw them first. If you like, you can lightly spray them with oil, but it’s not necessary.
3. Set the timer for 15 minutes. The exact cooking time might vary slightly depending on your air fryer model and how crispy you like your potatoes.
4. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and give the basket a good shake or use tongs to flip the potatoes. This ensures all sides get evenly crispy.
5. Once the timer goes off, check the potatoes. They should be golden brown and crispy. If they need a bit more time, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
6. Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer and let the potatoes cool for a minute or two before serving. They will be hot!
Notes
Please remember, all air fryers are a bit different, so the cooking temperatures and times might need slight adjustments. Trust your judgment and make tweaks as necessary to suit your taste and equipment.
