Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Preheating ensures even cooking and a crispy texture.
2. Lightly spray the basket with oil to prevent sticking.
3. Spread the chicken pieces in a single layer for even cooking.
4. Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to cook evenly.
5. Check the chicken for doneness. It should be golden and crispy.
6. Add the vegetables and peanuts from the Trader Joe’s Kung Pao Chicken pack to the basket.
7. Shake the basket to mix the ingredients well.
8. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure even cooking.
9. While the chicken and vegetables cook, heat the sauce packet in the microwave for 30 seconds or on the stovetop until warm.
10. Once the air fryer finishes cooking, transfer the chicken and vegetables to a bowl.
11. Combine the sauce with the chicken and vegetables, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
