  • Total Time: 28 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooking spray or a little olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Preheating ensures even cooking.

8. Carefully remove the baking dish from the air fryer using oven mitts. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Cooking times may vary slightly based on your air fryer model. Always check for doneness to avoid undercooked eggs.
